Online Autodesk Inventor Certification?

I want to get certified in Autodesk Inventor. I work for the government (university professor) and papers are important for career advancement. Knowing how to use the stuff is not enough.

I looked again and again at Autodesk's website, and they direct to Certiport. But there are two problems. First, there isn't any Certiport center in Uruguay. Second, the closest one is in Argentina, but the center doesn't reply to my emails or phone calls.

I also sent an email to Autodesk, but they didn't reply.
