Internal Painting Specification for Filter Housing

hallo...

I'm designed filter housing for diesel fuel, can any one advise me the painting specification or painting brand for internal filter Housing, housing material use seamless pipe A-106 B, will be painting with 2 layer....

Ordinarily the internals of a filter housing that is wetted with diesel don't really need painting.

What are the options?

"the option internal filter housing shall be painting" doesn't say much.

Either the purchaser should have specified the type of paint in the purchase order, or you should already know what to use.

Unless this is the first time this has ever been built, this should be known.

If I were buying these from you I would tell what type, and specification the paint is to be.

I've changed a bunch of fuel filters, gas, #1, #2 fuel oil, and do not remember any coating in any of them. The purpose of a paint(coating) is to prevent corrosion and rust. There shouldn't be anything causing corrosion in the fuel. Excess water will show up as rust, letting the operator know at change time that there is a problem.
