Please tell me what's name of supplier about low voltage under water cable (low price and normally quality) . I want to buy it and sell it in Vietnam.

Most medium to large cable manufacturers can supply something suitable. Try contacting them or their distributors directly.

If you have no clue, try talking with a local electrical wholesaler as they should be able to source what you want.
