I suggest that you start by looking at the last topic that I found by searching, just as you could have done!

How Does a Generator Create Electricity? How Generators Work

How do Generators work? - Universe Today

How Do Generators Work? | eHow.com

Discovery Kids :: Tell Me - How does a generator work?

Finally, your questions sound more like homework questions, rather than questions someone with at least some education or experience in the field would ask.

Perhaps you should search for, and enroll in, some course work on the subject, you need it.

Dear Mr.awaiscnpp,

Your question as I understand, while applying BRAKE to the Motor, the Kinetic and Inertial Energy is wasted, and how to recover it.? If so, it is by RE-GENERATIVE BRAKING PRINCIPLE.
