	We use the inverter below to drive a cement packer. Unfortunately it stops on its own, or delays to start when given start command. I am not getting a relevant manual to guide in trouble shooting the same. What could be the cause of the problem? Frequency Converter Fe fceg021-4k00-3p0400-a-modb-01v01

	It's difficult to say, as the installation cannot be seen from here. A phone call to the equipment manufacturers' technical helpline will precipitate the arrival of a replacement manual, if indeed it isn't available immediately via their website. 	On the website link you just provided, over on the right side is a link named Instructions. It's a user's manual in pdf format. Without reading it, I would say you've got an intermittent stop signal. This is usually a normally closed contact between the COMMON and STOP inputs. Sometimes, depending on how the unit is configured, these terminals have a jumper connecting them together. 	How does it appear? Cement dust on the prints? Perhaps (when it worked well before) relais. potmeter. Clean with dry air under pressure. __________________ Plenty of room here

	Thank u all respondents. I found to be faulty potentiometer. On replacing its now working ok. Thanks BIG

	you know that those inverter´s have feedback circuitry , so to different loads they have different (or slightly ) responses! and they may stop due to overload, or to a bad program for your application, or so on so on! they have thousands of operation modes! __________________ “For no man can forbid the spark nor tell whence it may come.” ?
