I am sorry but do not understand you mention an "oil seal" and the kind of liquid to be sealed is not oil. So please be more precise:

-do you want to seal the liquid mentioned?

- do you want to avoid the ingression of oil into the mentioned fluids?

The design is different if you want to avoid liquids going out or liquids coming in. Please make the choice and give the information.

From the description provided you are trying to build a wet or dry grinder for spices, fruits & other food stuff.

You might be better off designing your cutting/grinding blades ala washing machines where in the the center shaft & the container rises above the the food level & the cutting blades are shaped in a kind of conical fashion with the blades at the bottom edge of this conic.

You will save your self a lot of heart burn, maintenance & contamination problems. You can then simply use high quality sintered self lubricating bronze bushes.

Check out some of the coffee bean grinders on the market & you will get the idea.

I think your question was in fact not serious. You only wanted to test a reaction. If you really need help you answer questions for detailed informations more rapidly. So that you silence gives me the above mentioned feeling. Good luck to you.
