For accuracy in your measurements, I believe you should replace with a unit of the same type if at all possible. If not you may want to replace all three with the same type. However, for financial reasons this may not be wise. Determine an acceptable percentage of error. Some bench testing may be in order to make these determinations for yourself vice published specs. It comes down to what your acceptable error levels and financial means are.

You have not the means to bench test and calibrate to the necessary degree of precision.

Replace with the correct model. Or replace the set.

Current transformers are passive elements. They rarely fail. What caused this to get damaged?

RE #4. Er, a very firm Yes/ No.

If the Current trafo is used for troubleshooting purposes only, and OP can live with its lack of precision, (very) different high frequency response, Yes, ok.

If, on the other hand precision is a requirement, and equal high frequency response wold be nice, the equal or set replacement becomes sensible.

See, it depends.

Dear Mr.FADHEL,

YES. You can replace wth adifferent make, provided the burden and other characters are very close and the ACCURACY CLASS is NOT DEVIATED.

You can replace it with a different make, (manufacturer), as long as the ratios match and the burden matches. If you provide the new supplier with the original details they will produce a CT that matches. Be aware, the height and pad mount may differ, so additional connection modifications may be required.

Mitsubishi should be able to provide you a new CT to fit with, and match the existing operation pair, or be able to repair the faulted unit, they normally keep parts and spares. (Unless it blew up and wiped out the porcelain bushing?).

Put a call out as many utilities have a store full of redundant items, they may sell you a CT that is in stock and of no use to them anymore.
