I hate that... some one says 'it's broken' or 'it doesn't work'...
Cheezes!
How do you know it's 'failed'?
Presumably it either does or doesn't do something that used to do before.
For pities sake why not tell us?
In what way doesn't it work?
What are the symptoms?
Solving problems is easy... the hard part is identifying the problem especially with zero information.
I suggest you go and sit on the naughty step and think about what you posted.

Probably the failure of one or more components on the module.

Hire a tech to trouble shoot the problem.

Call the equipment supplier and have them send a tech out.

I can't quite see the module from here.

Really? Really!

Inadequate, insufficient or inappropriate maintenance activity.

Please when asking for help give us as much information as you can on the subject in question. Trying to read between the lines makes it impossible to help you. Most of us here are willing to lend and artful hand at solving issues, but as you can see once you make a post such as this, that help is lost to you.
