First you have to confirm weather the transformer under test is new or one in operation Second weather you want to perform routine test or type test. Thirdly weather it is to be done at manufacturer's place at their test lab, or at your workshop after repair/servicing or at site where it is installed. Once this information is provided a suitable test procedure can be given.

We are using this transformer since last 4 years but we didn't do any test for the same transformer.

And in summer its on 65-70% of full load

And in winter 30-40% of full load

So kindly tell me what type of tests are really follow by us.

If it has been running satisfactorily since 2009, what is the purpose of the test?

Why? Who says?

What is the projected remaining life of this equipment?

What maintenance attention has it received to date?

What does it say in the manual that was supplied with it?

What does the original supplier have to say on the topic? How did the phone call go?
