I want to know the calculation for pressure temperature rating of flange.

consider ASME B16.5 flange,Assume pressure,diameter(6"),and other values required ,which you might have used in your Projects.

Do it the other way round. Define the minimums and maximums of temperature and pressure expected in the process, and then select an appropriate flange from the tables.

Otherwise the tail is wagging the dog.
