Ultrasonic Transducer Question

I need ultrasonic transducer which can take 1Kg load, @1Kw with frequency generator for project work which will use under water. If you have any idea @ this then please suggest me.

What do you mean exactly by "1 kg load" on an ultrasonic transducer? What is your intended application? 1 kilowatt is a lot of power for an ultrasonic sensor -- I am assuming you are intending to use this for ultrasonic cleaning or some purpose other than measurement (instrumentation).
