Re: More hope For Brain Cancer Sufferers

I find the title simply appalling, could you not think of something better and more accurate...?

I do not "hope for Brain Cancer".....who in the normal world does?????

My title version is FAR from perfect, but still its far better than the original by several orders of magnitude...

I wish all suffers a safe, quick and full recovery on all counts.

The info. is what is important and the "title" is an eye catcher! As sad as Cancer is, it is something that can be beat, if caught early enough. And for those who has a love one suffering from any type of Cancer, my heart and prayers go out to you all.

Thanks again, ozzb!!!!

My wife's sister had glioblastoma multiforme grade iv. She survived five years after surgery and conventional treatment. Ironically died of an unrelated tumour that usually affects children elsewhere in the body.

This might have helped.

Thank you for the links ozzb. My youngest sister was just diagnosed with non-differentiated non-small cell carcinoma. it's metastasized into her brain. Last night I was telling a friend about her and my friend told me about this PVSRIPO study. I was going to start researching this, but stopped by CR4 first, and low and behold, you posted exactly what I needed to know. I don't think my sister is a candidate for this study, but at least this shows there's "Hope For Brain Cancer" patients. Thanks again! dj
