Detroit S60 Engine with Kohler System Controller 550

Dear all, I'm working on a Detroit S60 Engine with Kohler system controller 550. This is a 400kVA Genset. The problem is shutdown on Loss of ECM Comm. ECM is a DDEC IV. Checked all the sensors and wiring to ECM seems OK. I suspect is a ECM Fault. Can anyone help me out to rectify this fault.
