Repair of Bellow of Conservator Tank

We have a 500 KV 71 MVA transformer.The bellow of the conservator tank(nitrile is material) has a small puncture.Can any one help in giving suggestions about repair of the puncture

Yep. The transformer manufacturer can. Pick up the phone, and get dialling.

I don't know about repair of nitrile - I don't think I would trust it even if it could be done, seeing as you are depending on it to keep the insulation of the transformer (oil) at proper level. Better to do it right and replace the bladder. These people make replacement conservator bladders, but you will need to find experienced, qualified people to do the installation:

It is not worth taking risk on such an expansive 71MVA transformer. You shall immediately replace relatively inexpensive bellow with new, without waiting for the transformer oil to get contaminated.
