08/07/2013 11:20 AM

I am looking for a parts diagram and flow diagram for a Integral Hydraulik unit.

Typ: 233.007 it is a standalone unit used on a napkin converting machine by Ser O Tec

I looked all over the web and could not find any info on it.

Thanks for any help

This unit looks like it was built to custom specs, you should have the paperwork on file, or the original purchaser....there had to be a design submitted for approval...Do you know who originally ordered the unit?

RTFM: "Ring the ...... manufacturer" or "read the ......manual".

This pump may not even be made by Serv o tec.

But with no information to go on, it's impossible to tell.

Garbage in....................................Nothing out

Call the manufacturer.

No the pump is not made by Serv O Tec it is Integral Hydraulik and they are in Germany and I did not get a response from them. I would not waste your time if I did not do my homework. I have a machine down and was just looking for help.

Not a question of Garbage in.......................Nothing out

People DO waste our time here, every day. Others, such as yourself prefer to play 20 questions.

We've established that it is made by Integral Hydraulik .

Now, if we only knew the part/model number of the specific unit, someone here might be able to help you.

May I suggest you drain the tank and dismount the electric motor. You will probably find a close coupled hydraulic pump at the end of the motor ( in the tank ). This pump may even be made in USA!

Thanks for all the interest and willingness to help.

I got the system up and running. The check valve inside was bypassing slowly and causing the unit to cycle to often. Ran the unit in bypass and flushed whatever it was out. I could still use the diagrams if anyone comes across them. (don't think Germany will get back to me).

Again thanks to CR4 for it's professional input.
