Do you do any of your own homework?

You said that " when you observe main schematic drawing they will use ACCL,...". if they are concered about your observation, please dont observe. So they will stop using the ACCL

from http://electron.co.in/ACCL.html

"Automatic Changeover-cum-Current Limiter has the following function:
The ACCL allows unrestricted supply from mains.
When the main supply fails and stand by Generator supply is on, it connects the DG power to each consumer in sequence & starts monitoring its load.
The generator current allotment is software calibrated in Amps & sealed in each ACCL as per buyer's specification & is available on all load circuits.
When ever the load current exceeds the allotment, power is automatically switched off for 8/10/12 seconds, and then automatically restored."

well what I dont understand is - what happens during those 8-12 seconds, consumer has blackout and accepts this as ok ???

one more cool thing this does:

 Automatically adds the loads on three DG Phases and allows unbalanced load up to specified load limits.

 Three phase DG input can be given at the 3 terminals with the option of using surplus allotment of any phase on any other phase.

how in the world does it use surplus load from one phase on any other phase???
