Please try an internet search first, this is such a large topic that some spend their lives on it and probably still never consider themselves to be experts.

As modern inductor design is generally related to specific boost converters (with the inductors tailored to each boost converter and even application), additional more specific details can be found in the application notes and data sheets of specific boost converter chips or the websites of chip manufacturers.
