Does anyone have a good resource for en engineering/manfacturing company in the USA or abroad that works with Polypropylene injection molding ?

to reply to your inquiry: it would good to know what type of products you are willing to inject-mould. It is important to have an idea of the size (or weight) of this part, intended use (industrial, medical), tolerances, etc. Do you have you own molds, or are need to have them made for this specific product. Are runs of thousands or millions of units? Does the provider have to have all /some/ non of these marks: GMP, ISO, FDA; CE

I have some highly qualified sub-contractors here in Argentina that work very well and at a fraction of US or European prices for both tooling and injection itself.

We use Harbec Plastics in Ontario, NY. They are willing to work with the complex shapes we design.

Of course it really depends on where you are located...

The size and shape is a toilet seat and cover.weight at around 2-3 pounds each/ I have a prototype but molds need to be made.
