You told us what you replaced but you haven't told us what you mean by "totally refused to start". Does that mean it won't turnover, won't crank, won't fire, won't continue running, etc., etc.

Each of those conditions points to a different system and its associated components, so save us the twenty questions and tell us exactly what happens (if anything) when you hit the Start button, otherwise this discussion becomes a non-starter. No sense discussing the fuel system if the starting system won't even turn it over.

Its can crank via the power wizard control board, but can not fire, use quick start, its tend to fire but stops when the quick start finish.During the time of using the quick start, the RPM is 867, DC Volt...20,2 etc.those are the one I can remember

Having gone through some of your previous posts. I wouldn't let you anywhere near a generator.

You haven't a clue what you are doing.

I just hope you don't charge for your services.

Check for a plugged exhaust system. What was condition when last operating. Did it stop on it's own? Was it running satisfactory when shut down then refused to fire? Did you crack a fuel line to see if any fuel was being delivered to injector on cranking?

Bad Battery? Check specific gravity with one of those plastic thingys and/or somehting that can read ESR of the battery.

1. bad battery. you need 24v, 23v may work, but 20v will not work

2. air in the filters and fuel lines is the number one cause. otherwise diesels are bullet-proof in the sense that: air + fuel + compression = start.

3. can you fuel be old or polluted with dirt or water?

4. can the fuel filters be clogged?

Possibly low compression if everything else is OK. Take a reading on that.
