Vacuum Pump Getting Chocked

we are charging powder by vacuum at 0.5kg but somehow powder reached to the oil vacuum pump and get it chocked, we are also using cyclon seperator for the powder seperation, is there any other option(tool/machine) to solve such issue it is getting thurst pain for us to reduce the breakdown.

It sounds like your trying to transport a powder using a pneumatic transporter. If so I would contact one of the many manufactures of said equipment and discuss the issue with them. If the system your currently using is s store bought unit, then I would contact manufacture for advise.
