Elbow Pad Pad Forming Procedure

Can anyone tell us the procedure how to form/press the elbow base support pad.

Mat : Cu.NI

Thk : 10mm

How about speaking to individuals who form elbow pads at the moment?

One might start at the local BMX bicycle shop, perhaps?
