Flange Material

To all,

Anybody has an idea on how to flange leak check flanges whose material

is A694-F65. I cannot find it in B16.5 Table 1-A. BTW i am using CAESAR II 5.31.

Kindly advise me on how to handle with this.

Hydraulic test, then pneumatic test to a lower pressure, using washing up liquid solution to see where the bubbles are coming from?

The second part is a similar technique to testing a bicycle inner tube before applying a patch.

Thanks for the info.

I already have the solution for this one. This is a Flange Leak Check method

of CAESAR-II using Pressure Equivalent Method in which file look-up doesn't

have the material I have mentioned above.
