Welcome to India Under New Industrial Environment

10/18/2013 7:49 AM

Friends,

Welcome to India under new Industrial Environment. Old Companies Act of 1956 is out for good and new Companies Act 2013 is now in to be enforced.

I think it will provide greater chance for International Companies to compete here as India by and large very slow for any changes. You bring in your technology which is as per the law then you are in and all those are locals with old tech will find themselves out dated very soon. I am talking about technology related industries and not labor oriented industries.

There is great chance for electronics manufacturers as there is little or none that can be called Indian.

These people locally are very good at software so hard to beat them. They all have working head and Laptops loaded with lots of ideas and dreams. They hardly go for holidays.

Mechanical engineering and chemical engineering are so-so here and food technology is one area which is having largest scope. You can also compete in daily need items like soap, tooth paste, bath oils, towels, over cloths and under cloths, perfumes, creams and lotions and lots of health care.

There is lots of scope for sports and sport items and development of sport parks.

If you want to enter into agriculture then try Hydroponic farming ideas and collaborate with local people who own land and properties. You can also think of cold chain warehouses, transport systems for vegetables and fruits and many other food items, processed or unprocessed both.

As such I am not involved in business of collaboration but if you can't find anything by yourself and need help then go to my website links and drop me a mail and I can try to help.

I am very keen in linking the world for good where all rich and poor nations can come together to help the bottom line people. I am not talking about very rich as they know how to manage their business. I am talking about people who find hard to survive but have some good ideas and little money in pocket and want to try out their luck.

Coming to India is very cheap. You can survive here in about $20 per day in most of the cities and if you know where to find the right places. Do not travel in festival times without prior booking of trains or flights. Remember that there huge local population to move around in those days.

I also want to travel and see the scenario in other countries. Perhaps many eastern countries may be good to find life in much easier way then to remain locked up in the western world which may collapse any time on its own weight. East is like grass and there is nothing left over to collapse here.

Here people can dream of 1000 ton gold coming out of no-where for them. You can also come to have a look at them if not at such huge amount of gold. Never mind these lots can't be changed in millions of years to come. That is why I am inviting the world here to come and make changes.

Fredski:

There is no question asked here.

It is a topic for discussion on changed industrial environment that is happening all over the world and country like India has changed its entire business policy and USA is also discussing day in and day out at NIST in dozens of forums, making and breaking rules. It is a state of chaos or new opportunities. Have you not seen America shutdown news? It is an India open up news which you can say just reverse to America shutdown news. India Prime Minister was in USA recently and I am sure he did not go there to eat pea-nuts with Martini. He must have discussed some India-America joint ventures.

Perhaps Americans have don't care attitude right now as they all think they have all the power of the world but Indians do care being at the grass root level.
