Undersize

Insufficient

Disconnection

Inappropriate connection

Proper design, then hire a qualified electrician and have it installed correctly and tested in accordance to the appropriate national code.

Nothing will go wrong with the earthing.

But the separate earthing for Instrument & Electrical would give protection to your Instruments.

Check & ensure proper connections of all earthing for appropriateness.
