After the tallow is hydrolyzed to acids and glycerin, how to remove the mixture of water and glycerin in the industry of stearic acid production? Please list some common methods, corresponding principles and facilities.

Where have you looked, so far?

Did you ask your professor about this?

I'll quote from a previous reply by you,

So, the point is, you are a student. We are not here to do your homework for you.

When you pressurise coconut oil in a fat-splitting column with water and steam,it breaks down into fattyacid & sweet water. When you concentrate(heat)sweetwater you will get glycerine.
