Is there any special reason for your interest on Saunder's book though plenty of other author's books on design of heat exchanger available in the internet for free.

I am curious..

Contact the manufacturer. If you feel uncomfortable in your load requirement calculations, have their application engineers do it for you. However; You went to school to learn engineering, so have faith in your abilities and push forward, if your still not sure, ask your supervisor to look over your work and share responsibility. Also think about future loads and amdient tempts as well as the liquids, heads, etc.
