The API standards are developed, reviewed, edited, proofread, published, revised and otherwise maintained by the various subcommittees within the Standards Committee at API.

I get the feeling you were being flippant in your previous response. I am still puzzled by what exactly you find problematic with the highlighted text. I'm also curious what inhibited you from finding the information you requested with a Google search. It worked for me, immediately.

And also as usual.... those lacking all confidence in the value of their comments (and understandably so, as their comments typically add nothing beneficial to a discussion) show up in the guise of Anonymous posters and (in a desperate attempt to distract their self from their own inescapable myriad of tragic inadequacies) take pot shots at people who put enough though into comments to be comfortable claiming the comment.

When will the CR4 staff treat the pus filled abscess know as 'Anonymous Poster'? Perhaps, if there is some masochistic faction that will not allow it to be completely eliminated, perhaps, something could be done to reduce the extent of the infection..... perhaps each poster could be limited to one or two anonymous posts per month?
