What is Loading Formula Related to Crane if Product Weighs 100mt

We have a crane gider assemly, which load is 100mt si i want to know loading fornuma and what precaution shuould be take while loading.

There should be a User Manual for the crane, and also an inspection report created by the Engineer/Surveyor for the company that supplied collapse indemnity insurance cover for the equipment. The answers lie within those documents.

If you mention 100 tons, that is the load the crane can handle when the frame is level, the outriggers out and the boom in maximal upright position, normally fully extended. When you know the make and type, you will be able to find a load diagram, that gives you the safe load at several distances from the center, or/and under various angles of the mast. Be not surprised that in horizontal position and with a long boom your crane only lifts 500 kg. I am talking of a telescopic crane. I did not understand well what kind of crane you mention. There are many different types.
