WC6 600 Class Valve Regarding

Our Boiler tempr 500°C with 45kg/cm2 WC6 600Class Valve is suitable or not

Probably. What does valve manufacturer say? Do you have access to B31? If not . . .blah, blah, the usual.

In B 16.34, A 217 WC6 comes in Group 1.9 material.

At 500 Deg C, WC6 can take a maximum pressure of 51.5 bar for Standard # 600.

So yes 45kg/cm2 is not a problem.
