To answer your question... yes and no. There are 7 different regulatory organizations that issue CRNs on behalf of the 13 jurisdictions in Canada.

The Atlantic provinces and the three northern territories work with one of those organizations to help us manage the issuing and control of CRNs. That orgaization is ACI Central.
