Windows XP Error 1721

i am trying to install Factory talk software in my system having windows XP, factory talk platform is installed but when i run factory talk site edition there is an error 1721 windows installer package.

please help me to resolve this issue,

Hi,

I can't read the screen shot, however you might try the following :

- Make sure you have 'windows installer' service running in windows. Go to run, type in 'Services.msc' and hit enter. Look for the 'windows installer' service and its status.

-Ensure that you are running your software installer as the administrator of the local computer.
