I am facing issue with Rslogix5000 & Factory talk activation, i had to reinstall the window & softwares, but before uninstalling i had copied the license files on my pin drive, after installing window i installed factory talk & RS logix5000 & pasted the license files in activation folder. then i changed my hard drive ID according to license file name. then i restart comupter & Factory talk, but i am still unable to activate both factory talk & Rs logix5000.

RS Logix version i have up to 17.01.02 & FT 5.10.0

You did not follow their instructions properly. You can not just copy the file. If that would work, then their copy protection would be worthless.

Your only option at this point, is to call Rockwell, and get them to do a reset on your license.
