If you dont have reasonable thing to say u keep off.is it wrong to call for a tutorial? why are we here if not to teach ourselves. How does it relate to cheat are you the one to do the interview. The problem with people that dont know anything is that they appear too know.

Use your 6 months to learn as much as you can about boilers, compressors, and chillers; including troubleshooting and diagnostics.

That's what your interview questions will be about. Also, even if you don't like people, pretend you are a team player, and when being interviewed, pretend that you enjoy working with others.

you might want to find out what manufacturer they used for each type of equipment, such as Trave Carrier, York, etc. that way you can begin to study all the styles of machines they offer, they are all different animals that do the same thing. just because you're a hotshot on Lennox doesn't mean you know Carrier

  • Situation 1: on a particularly hot day a service user complains that the temperature of the cooling water from an evaporative tower system is too high to get a satisfactory cooling rate for the process materials the other side of the heat exchange surface, leading to capacity problems at the plant, and demands a lower temperature service so as to increase capacity. Explain why this happening and suggest some solutions.
  • Situation 2: explain the importance of boiler blowdown.
  • Situation 3: discuss the economics of steam condensate recovery and re-use.

Try those.

Situation1:the following can be look at (a)may be there is refregirant leakage, the condenser is blocked ,the expansion valve is not functioning finally the filter can also cause it.if the above mention issues are attend to it will solve it.

Situation 2:(TDS,Sulphite,Sulphite and chlorine ) Boiler blowdown is a way of reducing chemicals in the boiler in order to avoid scale, corrosion etc.

Situation 3:The feed water is being heated by the return condensate,it serves as make up water and reduce brine consumption.
