How high is high?

Given the linac in your user name I'm suspecting you need an x-ray quality cable.

You might try here:

Good luck with your quest !

Try NKT, Baldens, Ericsson, cables and try stating the correct voltage. This is either medical or video connections by the looks of it. But it is certainly not HV cable, (anything over and above 1kV).

Somewhere on the cable there should be a printed manufacturer and part number.Expose enough of the cable to find this information and it will help a lot.

Every cable has an embossing on the sheath. It give voltage, type, manufacturer and spec it was made to. (Or is should, if it complies with any standards, which it will). The copper screening is simply earthing and screening for the cable. A simple search on the web will provide you this cable supplier. There are many on the internet. Some provided above.

The print may be worn off or missing, but there may be some impressions left on the cable if viewed in an oblique light.

What is the application of this Pulse Forming Network.Magnetron, HV line simulation, accelerator, etc?Frequency?

If this is a video cable, this link may help:VT12 PPE

Just a guess judging by the photo, looks like 7 strands of #22 in the center, and a #12 AWG overall center gauge.
