That's one of thousands of acronyms I've used in aviation, but the OP didn't say what industry or context he's referring to and being he's in China, who knows?

Agree the OP did not ask a qualified question, so my point was to be absurd with a response, and reading Lyn's reply, this OP appears to have a history of this type of questions. However in looking at this OPs postings, it looks like 'it' is trying to produce a pressure vessel for the Canadian market. So if you look back at previous questions, I'm guessing that ACE is related to Canadian regulatory acronym for Alberta province. But I don't know what usage and pressure the OP is interested in compliance too.
