Needs best material handling system for heavy weight equipments from bay to bay.

weight - Between 10 to 25 tons

Being you didn't mention what type of equipment you need to move and it seems you have a compressed air supply, you might look at something like this, http://www.hovair.com/ (not an endorsement). I know the move Locomotives with this type of system.

A shipping-container forklift might also work.

The weights you shift around might or might not be too heavy for handling with overhead crane or forklift. But not knowing more than you provided your best bet is to contact forklift and overhead crane providers to sort out the options.

Other than that a heavy rail trolley system might work.

The more information you provide the better the answer.
