Synchronizing PCC3100 with EGCP 2

Good evening,

Is there any possible and safe way to synchronize my power command pcc3100 with my woodward egcp2.I actually have two pcc3100 and need to synchronize to egcp 2

I guess you could make one master and the other 2 slaves, hooked to bus....Set the master manually and have the other 2 auto sync....but I'm just guessing....

There are two different controllers. May be you can synchronize with some difficulty but load sharing will not be possible.

Cummins site gives brief about dissimilar sets but not for different make and type of controllers.

Get opinion/advise from both Woodward and Cummins before venturing

We use to synchronize both the WOODWARD EGCP and CUMMINS EFC controllers,both times we use an interface (made by GAC)for it. They are to be used on the load sharing lines, try it because they are simple to used.

EGCP-2 and PCC 3100 basic functions are same, but the communication between two is a not possible as those are from two different manufactures and address of parameters are predefined by the manufactures.

still you can use for auto sync purpose only. for the load sharing part you can add one load sharing module for each DG set.
