Cement Silo

I need to see an article regarding the design of cement silo with aerators for my reference. Can somebody please tell me website where I can see these design guide or reference drawings. Thanks.

Is it a silo made to contain cement or constructed of cement (concrete)?

This might be related to a cement pond.
