APP for Email Address

It depends on the format of the document or file you are trying to insert the email address in to.

Copy and paste works VERY well for standard documents and even copies formatting and links (etc). A bit of a chore if you need to do it often when an automated process would be more suited, but I believe this can also be done using a Microsoft word Macro or possibly using a simple visual basic macro (for example).

Can you provide more information on your application?

Not sure what you want.....auto-complete will work for forms.....you can write html insert and save it as a file.....You can have it as a signature that is on all your docs, and then delete it when you don't want it included.....

Word/Access will do it. One creates a form letter in Word, inserting a field from an Access database containing e-mail addresses. When one prints the letter, either in hard or soft form, the contents of the field are inserted into each letter for each of the records in the database.

When surfing, it is common to be asked for email address at some sites. I just get tired of having to enter the address numerous times. I have not checked auto-complete. Thanks for the information.complete. Google had Autofill app but it is not working with IE10.
