Copper Bus Bar Calculation with Derating Factor

Hi,

I want copper bus bar calculation of size 2x50x10mm considering the derating factors such as due to temperature rise, due to environmental and enclosure, due to proximity effect. The current carrying capacity of cu bus bar to be considered is 1.5A/Sqmm.

Look for answers before you post. Search CR4 or use a search engine to see if you can find the answer to your question.

Do your own homework. CR4 is not a homework cheat site; however, if you have questions about understanding concepts or how a portion of a problem is derived, these types of questions will be accepted.

This source isn't very good.

How you calculate current carrying capacity of copper bus bar


You should learn to search for the simple stuff. Especially if this is homework.
