Yes you can!

But you need some extra parts and calculations to make it work well.

Buy a new Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) from a reputable source in your region.

Here is one example from this region.

Or buy a used VFD. I've purchased several used/surplus VFDs (under $30 from ebay) to power 3-phase motors from my home 1-phase power. Very simple to use. You can get full rated torque at any speed up to full motor rating. With adequate cooling, you can get full rated power output up to 150%-200% of rated motor speed.

Disclaimer/Warning: Running over rated speed may be hazardous and may damage the motor.

Firstly, you have to understand how a single phase motor works. Then ask yourself can you apply this method to a three phase motor
