Vortex Flow Meter Calibration

Dear All,

we are having one application where we have to use Vortex flow meter for steam area

normal condition are 6 Kg pressure 160 Deg temp & 350 Kg/Hr Operating flow

we have selected Krohne make OPTISWIRL 4070

krohne has calibrated the same on Air Media & produced the calibration certificate

calibration flow is 12-66 M3/Hr

can we relate air calibration with Steam calibration.

I think this is futile. They must be having difficulty with "6 Kg pressure 160 Deg temp & 350 Kg/Hr".

Let's see, 6 Kg pressure (What units) 160 Deg temp (What units) & 350 Kg/Hr ( what planet?)

That Kg/Hr will be a bit testy with no decipherable information anywhere on the page.

My shift is over in 2 hours. Then maybe the night shift can decode this.
