What Are The Chemical Composition of PO2 Electrodes?

Can you help me about the chemical composition of the PO2 electrodes? And how to mix it using a calculation?

The Clarke cell mentioned by one of the other posters is old technology. It works well, however, there is a newer way based on photometry or luminescence. These probes as I understand it, do not have to be in a liquid sample. They supposedly work through the skin. That is about all I know about them, other than how these work when in contact with a solution.
