Barber Chair Help

i have a old Theo n Kochs barber chair tht was working perfectly fine all functions. Today i lowered it n added hydraulic fluid to get more lift, i felt i added to much but it wasnt over flowing. i then pumped it n raised to c how high it goes now n i pumped it too high n lots of fluid came over flowing out but even worse now my chair will not come back down. It is stuck at the highest point n when i try to release the pump lever it drop chair it drops a inch. i tried jumping on it pushing it down as i held lever but still nothing. i have pics , it seems to almost b out of the base but it wont move...smh i really need to fix this, my shop inspection to open my 1st shop is next wk, having panic attack lol appreciate some help n ur time thanks i dont kno how to add my picture to this post to show wht it looks like incase i didnt explain it too great

You have to remove some of the hydraulic fluid....I have heard that you can pull the chair top off and tip it sideways if all else fails.....

I took top piece off n removed half of the hydraulic fluid n it worked great, thank u very much for ur help , truly appreciated
