KKS for Power Plants

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this,

I wanted to know whether there is a site to discuss about Kraftwerk Kennzeichen system for power plants. I wanted to ask, in the context of KKS, what defines a system, equipment and component? how do we know whether a device is one of those three categories? for example, for a generator / main transformer, according to the KKS standard, is this asset categorized as an equipment or a system? the same for ship unloader, stacker reclaimers, busbar, etc.
