Cable Trench

03/29/2014 11:35 AM

Dear All

Asalam-Alaikum

In our design specification there is no requirement to test the compacted sand in the trench however the civil group required to test the compacted ground in the trench, Is there a requirement to test the compacted sand before the paving in the Electrical trench?

Rhetorical questions, who needs them?

Talk with the civil group, they will be able to guide you on their requirements. This sort of civil question generally doesn't come up in the electrical specification which is where you may be confused.

Without talking to the Civils group it's impossible to say.

Please refer to standard grammatical constructs and appropriate punctuation to carry out attempts at communication. What were we expected to 'understand' from your previous claim about additional requirements?
