What is the bay width of 362kv Substation and the phase-phase and phase-Earth clearance?

Whatever it says on the as-built general arrangement drawings and in the relevant national Standards.

If you have to ask strangers on an anonymous forum such questions, you should not be on that job.

You should look for work in another field. Maybe the millet field or the corn field.

The information you seek should be included in the engineering specifications for the substation, and codes and regulations applicable to the country where said substation will be built.
