Bellows Punch Forming Machine Installation

HELLO,

please suggest me how to make an effective metal bellow forming machine(simplest one and mechanical type), which type of spocket and chain , lead screwed shaft will be used to up and down the upper bed of machine with the help of 4 vertical lead screw drive(which are driven by motor and chain spocket)

A hydraulically powered arrangement comes to mind before any loose arrangement of screwjacks, sprockets and chains.

because it will be cheaper in cost rather than hydraulic arrangement, even if hydraulic will be easier but for 2 or 3 post with 1500mm stroke of hydraulic cylinder will much costly for me. so kindly give me idea for same

It might appear to be lower in cost. What is the cost of failure?

Do a google search for images of bellows forming machines.

Look carefully at them.

Search for some appropriate youtube videos that may show how and what...

You are reinventing the cart wheel vj.

Surely you can get your hands on some salvaged hydraulic actuators and pumps where you are.....

actually i have planned every thing such as main hydraulic power pack and piston cylinder for expander up and down, tooling, tooling guide, frame . but there is some problem with chain sprocket mechanism. so please suggest me. i am too close to make this machine.

would it not be easier to start with a tube and roll form/spin it? or stamp a whole bunch of what are essentially belleville washers and then laser or EB weld the seams?

There are lots of extant fabricating techniquies and tooling. VJ seems hell bent on going the Heath Robinson route...

its is some modified machine, four leas screw posts are replaced by one column which is just behind the center pipe column in figure which makes up and down the circular platform, ok nothing matter i will do it after little practice,, i have already seen that machine and mechanism which i want, but missing image in my mind.
