WRC_107 for

Please refer attached drawing of our vessel. Due to self weight of exchanger i.e. 310 Kg some forces will act to Dish to nozzle joint.

i have to perform WRC calculation for the same. please let me know how we can distribute the load and moment (load is taken as radial/long/circ.).

as per my opinion the load is acting as longitudinal (V1) & moment shall be Mt (load * projected area)

please confirm and give me the guidance.

Does anything keep you from internal support of the heat exchanger, which would reduce moments at the penetration to near zero?

Then do any moments at the penetration still present a concern?

as said, if the moment is not present in penetration so which loading we have to consider for carry out WRC calculation in pv-elite (i.e radial load or longitudinal load or cicum. load)

Possibly a reinforcement calculation.

From the number of questions I see about PV-Elite, I get the impression they don't explain themselves very well, or that their hotline (if any) is ill-supported. Or else that they are much fancier than some users.
