Plastic Shaft Cover

How do i get the contact of manufacturers of this yellow plastic cover of the shaft as showned in the pic, i have a specific dimension /size to be requested for .

The motor supplier might give you their source.

Chances are it came from :

Caplugs.com - Protective Closures‎

Or:

Protective Closures Co, Plastics and Plastic Products ...
